🛒 Ingredients

  • 3–4 cups pre-cooked pulled pork (made at home)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (separate container)
  • 12 slider buns or small rolls
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup mayo or dressing (optional)
  • Foil or small Dutch oven for reheating

🔥 Instructions

  1. At home: Cook and shred pork shoulder. Mix with BBQ sauce and chill.
  2. At camp: Reheat pork over the fire in foil or a Dutch oven for 5–10 min.
  3. Toast slider buns on a grill or skillet.
  4. Build sliders with pulled pork and coleslaw mix. Add mayo if you like.
  5. Serve hot and pass the napkins — it’s a juicy one!
