Pulled Pork Sliders (Make-Ahead for Camping)
Big flavor in a tiny package — these camp-friendly sliders come together fast thanks to prep work done at home.
🛒 Ingredients
- 3–4 cups pre-cooked pulled pork (made at home)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (separate container)
- 12 slider buns or small rolls
- 1 cup coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup mayo or dressing (optional)
- Foil or small Dutch oven for reheating
🔥 Instructions
- At home: Cook and shred pork shoulder. Mix with BBQ sauce and chill.
- At camp: Reheat pork over the fire in foil or a Dutch oven for 5–10 min.
- Toast slider buns on a grill or skillet.
- Build sliders with pulled pork and coleslaw mix. Add mayo if you like.
