  • 4 English muffins or sandwich rolls
  • 4 cooked sausage patties
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar or American)
  • Butter or oil for skillet
  • Optional: hot sauce, sliced tomato, or avocado

🔥 Instructions

  1. Toast the muffins on a griddle, skillet, or fire grate.
  2. Warm up the sausage patties until hot.
  3. Cook eggs to your liking — fried or scrambled both work well.
